You are invited to provide suggestions and comments on the scope of the Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement to include the size of the hypothetical tailings spill to be analyzed, the potential impacts from tailings spill scenarios, and measures to mitigate the potential for and severity of tailings spills. Communications from the public regarding this project, including commenters' names and contact information, will become part of the project record. All comments must be submitted by the expiration date of the notice of intent to be considered and become part of the project record.
